Located on a beautiful 26-acre campus in Dover, Ohio, Union Hospital is surrounded by a complex of four physician office buildings, as well as the Healthplex Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine Center, an MRI/Digital Mammography center, and Community Mental Healthcare.

The state-of-the-art facilities at Union Hospital include many new operating rooms, an outpatient surgery center, an accredited vascular laboratory, a sleep disorder center, cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, as well as the latest diagnostic and therapeutic equipment and facilities. In an effort to continue building a more perfect Union, we are currently undergoing two major expansions. Our Emergency Department is expanding its patient care to provide Express Care service as well as new capabilities for Occupational Medicine services. The Boulevard South expansion features a four-story addition that will house the Cardiology Center, the Vascular Center and 32 new inpatient rooms. Completion of both expansions is scheduled for early 2003, and will increase our number of inpatient beds to approximately 150.

Future renovation/remodeling plans include expanding our Pain Management Center, our Inpatient Physical Therapy capabilities, our Hospice Room and the Physician Library.
